Dr. Melissa Carnes Rose is a Doctor of Audiology and the owner of Nardelli Audiology, a multi-location private practice serving Clarksburg, Bridgeport, Fairmont and nearby communities. She has worked in audiology for nearly two decades, with a clinical focus on adult and geriatric hearing care, hearing aids and assistive technology, tinnitus, and communication strategies.
Alongside her own patients, Dr. Rose works with independent audiology practices across the country on patient communication, ethical case acceptance, financial accessibility and team training. She has spoken to national audiences, including a general session at the Academy of Doctors of Audiology’s Audacity 2025, and she is one of the authors of The Independent Practice Thrival Guide, NIPA’s book of advice from independent practice owners.
