Cookies & tracking
This website can use measurement tools from Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel). They record which pages are visited, when someone starts the membership form, and when a membership request is saved, along with campaign tags from ad links (such as utm_campaign) and ad click identifiers. We use this to measure our advertising and to show our ads to people who visited this site.
When you request membership we also keep the campaign tags and the name of the website that sent you here (the site name only, not the page), so we know how members find us.
Names, emails, practice names and other form answers are never sent to Google or Meta.
The Talk with NIPA page (/practice-strategy) embeds Calendly’s booking calendar. Calendly sets its own cookies inside that calendar and receives the details you enter when you book a session; Calendly’s privacy notice covers that data. The calendar loads only when you choose to show it. Our measurement records only that the page was viewed, that a booking button was used, and that a booking was completed, never who booked or what they wrote.
Wherever you are, these tools only run if you accept them; until you choose, none of them load. Your choice is stored in your browser along with the date and the version of this notice.
