Dr. Erica Person opened Flex Audiology’s first clinic, in Lawrenceburg, in 2018. She was elected President-Elect of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology for the 2026 program year.
HOW IT BEGAN
The practice’s story
Flex Audiology describes itself as a proudly independent, community-based practice. Patients can choose bundled or unbundled care, so hearing aids and the services around them match each person’s needs, lifestyle and budget.
Its hearing assessments include an ear examination, tympanometry, pure-tone and word-recognition testing and otoacoustic emissions, with play audiometry for children.
