Anastasiia Israel is a nurse practitioner and co-founder of Coastal Neurology and Wellness Center, where she focuses on pain management and wellness. Her clinical background is in pain management and critical care, and she brings a prevention-focused, whole-person perspective to personalized treatment plans.
HOW IT BEGAN
The practice was set up to give patients longer, unhurried appointments and clear communication. New patient visits run 60 minutes or more, and care plans pair detailed neurological and pain evaluations with non-opioid, evidence-based treatment and attention to sleep, stress and daily function.
Conditions it commonly manages include migraine and headache disorders, neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia, post-concussion symptoms, Long COVID–related neurological concerns, seizures and memory concerns. Telehealth is available for established patients.
