THE PEOPLE BEHIND IT
Owner and audiologist
Dr. Amy Jacobson earned her Doctor of Audiology from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point and joined Ashland Audiology in June 2014. In April 2021 she bought the practice from Dr. William Holzhaeuser when he retired.
She grew up on her family’s dairy farm near Rice Lake, Wisconsin, holds audiology licenses in Wisconsin and Michigan, and serves as secretary of the Ashland Lions Club.

Ashland Audiology describes itself as an independent practice that has provided hearing care to northern Wisconsin and the Ironwood area since 2013.
Its main office is on Beaser Avenue in Ashland, with regular clinic days at Tamarack Health Hayward Medical Center in Hayward and in Ironwood.
